Clarifying the Function Positioning of Universities and Colleges for Improving Teaching Quality

With the continuous development and progress of modern society,universities and colleges are playing an increasingly active role and their functions are also subdivided.But too much different functions make the universities and colleges' own function positioning become ambiguous.As a result,many institutions are lack of characteristics and show convergence in their development,which not only can't guarantee the quality of personnel training,but also their own healthy development.Therefore,the universities and colleges in China need to further clarify the function positioning in order to achieve the harmonious development.
