Abstract

Objective Analysis of Department of nursing workload in different time periods to explore reasonable nursing manpower,improve the efficiency of care.Method Random samples from ICU 67 cases,record the TIss28 score percentile and 24h direct nursing time.Results Severity of disease in patients with different 24h different direct nursing time required;treatment intervention scoring system scoring system scoring 24h required for the direct care of patients with different at different times.Conclusion Nursing workload measurement using TIss28 scoring system,care provides a basis for effective management of human resources.
