Abstract
Tao Yuanming's pastoral poetries exposed the governer's fatuity,criticized the stagnant society,floged the governers who strangled people's personality,which showed his noble sentiment that didn't identify him with the corrup society,his yearning for the pure folkway and his ideal to reform the society.His pastoral poetries are the elegies in the trouble times,expressing his strong critical consciousness.
