The Innovation of Teaching Practice of Law Major in the Agricultural Universities

If the law major in agricultural universities want to do their special characteristics and achieve the goal of comprehensive university,and has an important position in law education,they must go out of the traditional mode of education and set up a new view of education.One of the important links is the innovative of the law major teaching practice.In law education and practice of agricultural university,we should basis on agriculture,countryside and farmer,service for them,and set up a new feature of education which has agriculture characteristics,train some new legal talents who have law major characteristics of agricultural university and can service the new socialist countryside.The purpose of the article is to explore trouble in creating agriculture characteristics about teaching practice of law major in the agricultural universities and give some proposal,in background the new rural construction.
