Abstract
Based on the brief introduction of the textile clothing industry of Jinhua and foreign exporting situation, this paper analyzes the favorable circumstances and challenges it is being faced with after the initiation into WTO. In conclusion, from five aspects, the paper proposes some suggestive countermeasures to the development of the textile clothing industry in Jinhua district.
