Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of intra-arterial thrombolysis in treatment of avascular necrosis. Methods 28 patients with 33 avascular necrosis received interventional therapy.Seldinger technique was used to enter contralateral femoral artery, and the 5F Cobra was sent super-selectively to femoral internal and external arteries.Papaverine, low molecular heparin, compound Danshen and urokinase were injected.Re-angiography was done after thrombolysis to observe the blood supply of the femoral head. Results In 28 patients with a total of 33 lateral femoral head avascular necrosis, the pain relief rate was 100% after interventional therapy;the pain disappeared in 70%(23/33);Hip joint can be comfortable with walking in 54.5%(18/33),while angiography showed that the femoral head blood supply thickening of small arteries, increasing blood supply improved significantly. Conclusion Vascular Interventional treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head is a simple operation, less trauma and clinical symptoms improved,it is worth promoting.
