Abstract
Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep..The content of total polysaccharides was determined by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry. The optimum extraction technology of polysaccharide was as followed, solid to liquid ratio,1∶10(m/V,g∶mL);extraction time,90 min;extracting twice. The content of polysaccharide was 3.62%.The method was simple, accurate, sensitive and suitable for extraction polysaccharide from S.tonkinensis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
