Abstract

This paper expatiates the position and effect of procurement in the networked manufacturing mode. The characters of traditional procurement and RAT are analyzed. Based on the studying on the actuality of procurement systems, the general designing thoughts and methods of bidding system are put forwards, also we studies on key technology and bidding process. And the bidding procurement system is designed and implemented.
