Abstract

In the knowledge economy age, science and education will necessarily become the leading industry, on which the development of other industrial sectors will rely more and more. Thus, it is a key to quicken the step of reforming the managerial system of colleges and universities in Chongqing so as to create a favorable system for building Chongqing with science and education. The colleges and universities in Chongqing should be the powerful fresh activists in building Chongqing.
