Analysis of 1190 ADR reports associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine injections

Abstract

Objective To learn the occurrence and characteristic of ADR caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine injections and provide information for rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods 1190 ADR reports collected by Liaoning Center for ADR Monitoring from 2007 to 2008 were analyzed using retrospective study method.Results ADR are caused by 18 drugs and 13 organ systems are involved.Conclusion It is important to attach importance to the ADR caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine injections and promote rational drug use.
