On the Logistics Cost Management of International Engineering Project

With the continuous development of society and the increasing competition pressure, the enterprise profit space is smaller, so the logistics cost management of engineering project becomes more and more important. Now, there are still some disadvantages in the international engineering logistics cost management, which lead to the high cost of enterprise, and directly affect the development and survival of enterprises.
