Abstract
The paper proposes the countermeasures for the cost management of logistics enterprises under the strategy of international operation from the aspects of adopting a new strategic view of cost management,cultivating with full force the talent of international logistics,continuously perfecting the logistics technology and improving the service level of the enterprises.
