Shandong Province's policy of building the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula,which,in particular,has brought significant opportunities for development of modern agriculture.However,it will not work without a fully functioning and efficient operation of financial support and strong financial capital investment is necessary to protect the foundation of modern agricultural development.At present,although the rural financial sector of Shandong Province has increased the amount of credit to support agricultural development,but the fund is still insufficient to meet the modern demand for agricultural development.There are still many contradictions between the financial support and modern agricultural development.From Shandong real situation,to strengthen financial support to modern agriculture,it is essential to improve the rural financial system further,to innovate rural financial service system and to improve financial support system and policies.
