Research on Intensive Development’s Characteristics of Modern Agriculture in China and Construction of Financial Supply’s Supporting System.

Intensive development of modern agriculture is based on modern science and technology, with high efficiency management, business scale, characteristics of agriculture and environment coordinated development. At present, Chinese reform is moving from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the financial needs of all economic entities occur more big change. This paper argues that in Chinese rural financial reform process, we must analyze the rural finance supplies and demand characteristic and the reciprocity promptly, based on this, further analyze hindering factors of the rural finance development, such as weak agricultural industry, government functions alienation, a lack of effective risk-sharing mechanism, various financial organ's lacking the reasonable division and cooperation, the rural finance resources deployment efficiency being not high. Finally, based on current situation of our country rural finance supplies, the article puts forward to some policy proposals to build an effective rural financial supplying system.
