Analysis of the Alumni Service in University Library Based on SWOT——Taking Taiyuan University of Technology Library for An Example

Abstract

Taiyuan University of Technology Library is trying to explore alumni service catching the good opportunity of 110th anniversary of the founding of the school.Based on the questionnaire survey of potential alumni users demand and the current situation analysis of alumni service in domestic university libraries,we analyze in detail the strengths,weaknesses and the external environment using SWOT,and choose some strategic decisions suitable to own situation.
