Abstract
A microwave-assisted extraction( MAE) method was used to extract andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide from Andrographis paniculata( Burm. f.) Nees. Ionic liquid was employed as extractant. Influential factors such as system temperature, extraction time, phase ratio and particle size were examined. The yield of the two target ingredients was compared between MAE and solvent reflux extraction( HRE). The optimal MAE conditions were: the solvent was [Bmim]Tf2N solution, the ratio of liquid /solid( mL∶ g) was 10∶1,the extraction temperature was 80 ℃,and time was 3 min. Under this condition, the yields of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were 16. 08 mg·g- 1and 4. 76 mg·g- 1respectively.
