Abstract

YUAN-Jie is an VIP in Shangluo's history and is the middle of Ming dynasty.It is to comment on YUAN's outstanding deeds:He adopted the policy helping the vagrants from Ha Bei Province and established county for themn,furthermore put down the rebellion of the Jing Xiang vagrants;At the same time he delimitted the areas of state county of the bounded areas of Hubei, shaanxiagain;resumed shang zhou division,set up every system that built the sate,family in Ming Dynasty in shanglu.Aad it is also mentioned the significence of YUAN's deeds.
