Infertility Due to Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated by Tonifying Kidney,Soothing Liver and Resolving Phlegm

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of tonifying kidney,soothing liver and resolving phlegm on infertilitydue to obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods: 70 cases with infertilitydue to obese PCOS were randomized into control group(35 cases) given clomiphene and observation group(35 cases) additionally given the therapy of tonifying kidney,soothing liver and resolving phlegm.Results: The effective rate of observation group(91.4%) was better than that of control group(71.4%)(P0.05).The pregnancy rate of observation group(82.8%) was greatly better than that of control group(54.2%)(P0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of tonifying kidney,soothing liver and resolving phlegm hasdefinite therapeutic effect on infertilitydue to obese PCOS.
