Abstract

In the process of higher education popularizing, teaching quality attracts lots of attention. Research has been focused on four subsystems: system, organization, evaluation and feedback, and they contribute to an interactive teaching quality guarantee system in local colleges and universities. They will be implemented through the teaching reforms on credits supervising and will be ensured to achieve the goals based on campus network. Therefore systematic, interactive and theoretical features characterize the teaching quality guarantee system.
