Abstract
Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is a new method of tumor treatment. A review of current knowledge concerning on the development of in vitro and in vivo experimental research, photosensitizers of SDT, the synergistic effect between SDT and other treatments is presented. The summary of mechanism of SDT is described, the mechanism of SDT is probably not governed by universal mechanism, but maybe influenced by multiple factors. The future development prospect and the existing problem of the studying in this field are discussed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
