How Should Research Management Philosophy——Comment on "On the Generation and Characteristic of Management Philosophy"

Abstract

How should research management philosophy?It is not only precisely defined with respect to independence and its subjects,but also to clarify domain of problem.It is a cross-discipline between management discipline and philosophical disciplines,and its essence is field of management research in philosophical problems.Instead of explaining function of world and changing world functions,it would be better to take concept vigilant way directly or indirectly to affect organization and organization of people.Management philosophy's pursuit of the road of truth is not general nature and general law.As it has been decline of traditional textbook philosophy,it can not become a building model of management philosophy.
