Abstract

Management philosophy is a subject studying how people do management on the basis of the internal mechanics of human thought.Though management philosophy and management are different in discipline in their research method and research objective,the former should based on the latter,from which one can conclude basic categories and theories,fulfilling his task in academy and society.
