The core of training students' innovation ability lies in training their ability of creative thinking.An effective means to improve students' ability of innovative thinking is to develop their conjecture thinking ability.It is an effective way to cultivate mathematics thinking ability of college and university students according to consciously inducing students to guess in the process of university mathematics concept teaching and seizing opportunities to guide students to guess in the teaching of problem-solving.
