Funds Bottleneck of Medium-sized and Small Enterprises: Causes and Countermeasures

Issue of Funds is common bat difficult for medium-sized and small enterprises. The paper analyzes the causes of bottleneck for funds of medium-sized and small enterprises: support from administration is not effective; financial organtiations do not pay attention to the loan application of medium-sized and small enterprises; there is no credit guarantee system and mechanism of funds; etc.. The author holds that support system of funds for medium-sized and small enterprises must be improved, and furthermore, the relevant measures must be taken for widening the ways of funds, improving service of financial organization and setting up fund system in outer to push on the development of medium-sized and small enterprises.
