Abstract

Objective To compare the value of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) TB antibody detection kit and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) TB antibody detection kit on the auxiliary diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods The level of anti-TB antibody in 360 serum were detected by the CLIA and ELISA kits, and the results were analyzed by statistical software. Results The detection rate of CLIA and ELISA kits was 71.2%(185/260) and 58.5%(152/260) in active TB group respectively, which had significant difference(P 0.05).Among 100 healthy controls,89 and 93 cases were negative detected by the two kits, the specificities was 89.0% and 93.0% respectively, which had no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The CLIA kit and ELISA kit have the same specificities in the detection of anti-tuberculosis antibody, but the sensitivities of CLIA kit is significantly higher than the ELISA kit.
