Breeding Report of Food Waxy Corn Hybrid Variety:Jinnong No. 0802

Abstract

The breeding process of the food waxy corn hybrid variety,Jinnong No.0802,was explained firstly.Then,its yield characteristics,varietal properties,suitable cultivation areas and cultivation practices were studied.The results show that Jinnong No.0802 is of high yield,excellent qualities,high resistance,good ecological suitabilities and moderate aging-time.As a food waxy corn hybrid variety,Jinnong No.0802 is able to be cultivated in most ecological zones of China.
