Abstract

The multi-signal flow graph is widely used to analyze system testability.High-level modules were developed for multi-signal flow graphs for testability analysis to improve information confidence in hierarchical modeling. This method extends the failure-test-dependence matrix(D-matrix) to include effects of inner failures, inner tests and transmission capacity of the module. The structural information is hidden so it maintains information confidence among system designers.Tests show that this description speeds up the D-matrix generation and testability analyses.
