Abstract

A dependency model is composed of information flow graph and fault test dependency matrix, which is widely used in system level testability analysis and design. In order to analyze such testability parameters as feedback loops, hierarchy of fault propagation, analytical redundant tests more easily, the existed dependency model is extended by constructing a fault fault dependency matrix and a test test dependency matrix.Based on the extended model, mathematic models are respectively made for ambiguity group, feedback loops, analytical redundancy tests, hidden faults and masking false failures.A real case is used to illustrate the progress of extended dependency modeling and testability analysis.
