Abstract
Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was one of the important diseases during the cultivation of Brassica napus.Two methods of dipping leaf into oxalic acid solution and inoculation with S.sclerotiorum were used in this study for discussing the pathogenesis and disease resistance mechanism.The optimal concentration of oxalic acid is 3 mmol/L.The activities of peroxidase(POD) and polyphenoloxidase(PPO) were increased by oxalic acid and S.sclerotiorum induction to enhance disease resistance;the change of cellulase activity was increased at 96 h in inoculated leaves,the result showed that cellulase was related to their pathogenesis;the change of chitinase activity was increased at 72 h,chitinase was related to defense response.
