Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect and adverse reactions of DDP and IL-2 in the treatment of the patients with malignant pleural effusion by thoracic cavity perfusion drainage.Methods 43 patients with malignant pleural effusion were applied with the central venous catheters,and all patients were taken the closed thoracic drainage,treated by intracavity injection of DDP and IL-2,DDP at a dose of 40~60mg every time was injected intrapleurally and that of IL-2 was 1×10~6U.The above dose was given one time every 5~7d for 2~3 weeks.the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed after a month.Results CR 11 cases,PR 26 cases.The effective rate of 85.6%((37/43)) in the group.Conclusion After draining completely the pleural effusion the intracavity injection of DDP and IL-2 is more effective for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.
