Abstract

With the application of Falcon enhanced special gravity separator to the separation and desulferization test with Zhongliangshan coal,the paper discussed that the different operation parameters influenced to the desulferization efficiency of Zhongliangshan fine coal.The paper studied the separation behavior of fine coal in enhanced special gravity field and the separation and desulferization results of the different particle fine coal.The results showed that with the enhanced gravity separation,zhongliangshan fine coal would have a desulferization rate of 80.98 % and a full desulferization rate of 56.28 %.Meanwhile,due to the fine particle coal with water flow increased the overflow quantity,the separation result of the Falcon separator for fine particle less than 0.045 mm will be getting poorer.
