Abstract
The university is a kind of specific cultural atmosphere and environment where the intelligence and spirit is cultivated.It is also a unique cultural phenomenon constructed by varieties of elements.The striking cultural feature and function of university is the superoir symbol of cultural spirit and cultural quality.The university culture enlightens us that the construction of university is an omnibearing and synthetical construction of culture.
