Abstract

The article studies literary translator's creativity in light of Reception Theory.It is held that indeterminacy,horizon of expectation and implied reader are the three reasons translator recreates while translating.The author wants to illustrate the reasonability and necessity of translator's creativity in literary translation,and the creative value of the translator's work.
