A Probe into the Practice Teaching Reform of Civil Engineering Specialty in Local Universities——A Case Study of Zhejiang University of Technology

The practice teaching is a very important teaching link of civil engineering specialty and has an irreplaceable important role to cultivate the highly qualified personnel with innovative spirit and practical ability. Presently, there exist some problems to be solved in the practice teaching of China's civil engineering specialty and what Zhejiang University of Technology has done is worth learning from. They proposed the developing of students' engineering practice ability as a core and have cultivated the high-level civil engineering technology professionals with innovative engineering practice ability by accepting civil engineering professional assessment, building the school-enterprise cooperation platform, deepening the education of extracurricular activities and strengthening the draw-up of rules and regulations.
