Abstract
Tea polysaccharide is a kind of complex heteroglycan, which has various bioactivities.In this paper,different methods of extraction,separation,purification,identification of purity and determination of molecular weight of tea polysaccharide were reviewed.The research progress on the content,structure,conformation analysis and bioactivities of tea polysaccharide was also summarized.
