Exploration into Talent Training of Different Types of Excellent Engineers

Abstract

Through analyzing problems with excellent talent training,the article suggests improving talent cultivation process from the aspects of school itself,school-enterprise combination,and governmental support.The pays attention to the important role of experiment and practice on the basis of theory,integrate different types of engineer standard into talent cultivation,and reinforce school-enterprise combination.University and enterprise jointly design cultivation objectives,formulate cultivation scheme,and jointly implement the cultivation process.
