Clinical Observation of Yigan Tiaozhi Decoction in Treating Alcohol-irrelevant Fatty Liver

Objective:To observe the effect ofYigan Tiaozhi Decoctionon the treatment of alcohol-irrelevant fatty liver and its safety.Methods:Seventy-five subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 39 cases were treated withYigan Tiaozhi Decoctionand control group in which 36 cases were treated withQianggan Capsule;The overall curative effect,the clinical symptoms and the changes of biochemical index were observed after the treatment.Result:After the treatment,the overall curative effect was no distinctive difference between them(P0.05).There were great differences(P0.05) between these two groups in improving clinical symptoms,LDL-C and ALT.Conclusions:This Decoction is quite effective to improve alcohol-irrelevant fatty liver patients'clinical symptoms and the level of biochemical index dropped remarkably;it is also safe.
