Abstract
The instability is the common problem in strategy alliance,and it severely threatens the successful implementation and continual development of strategic alliance.Starting from the factors such as the choice of strategic partnership,the alliance type,strategic adaptability as well as the degree of trust between alliance.This article deeply analyses the disintegration of transnational alliance of imaging industry between transnational giant Kodak and the Chinese local enterprise Lucky.On this bases,we conclude that strategic adaptability between strategic partnership and the construction of trust mechanism in alliance plays an important role in alliance stability.
