Abstract

The competitiveness strategic alliance is a kind of enterprise′s strategic cooperation relationship formed by competitors,and is divided into two types: scale strategic alliance and complementary strategic alliance.We should pay attention to that competition and cooperation exist synchronously in competitiveness strategic alliance when we are studying the choice problem of alliance structure.The appropriate governance structure is helpful to maintain competition and cooperation's balance.Therefore,the choice of alliance structure is very important for competitiveness strategic alliance,and is the main way to ensure the smooth running of alliance and create value.
