Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of endoscopic surgery in the removal of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Method:Twenty-four patients suffering from inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paramasal sinuses were operated endoscopic surgery. Result:All were completely removed the inverted papilloma. 22 patients were cured and 2 patients recurred during a following-up of 12~60 months.Conclusion:Endoscopic surgery may be an ideal way to remove inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paransal sinuses ,with advantages of clear field,thorough dissection of lesions and good effect.
