Cultural Industries toward the Era of the Ocean

The national strategy of marine economy has raised new demands for the construction of marine culture and development of marine cultural industry,and to develop marine cultural industry in a vigorous way serves as an important breakthrough for transformation and upgrading of cultural industry in China as well as its characteristic development.By reviewing relevant literature in academia,this paper defines the concept of marine culture industry in a broad and narrow sense and proposes ways and measures of developing China's marine culture industry in the light of actual circumstances.
