The paper analyzes the concept of marine culture,the importance of the construction of marine culture.It points out that in the construction of China's maritime culture,there are still many problems;how to build marine culture has become a top priority.And it puts forward a few suggestions:inheriting and carrying forward the advantages of the marine culture of the Chinese nation,learning from the world's most advanced excellent marine culture;training national maritime awareness;increasing the Government's marine cultural investment;supporting the marine culture industry in order to achieve the strategy of maritime power and improve the national culture soft power.
