Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study changes of endogenous hormones content in male flower bud and leaf bud of Chinese chestnut during critical differentiation period of male flower bud.[Method] The dynamic change of hormones(ZB,IAA,GA3,ABA and Eth)contents were studied during the critical period of male flower bud differentiation of Chinese chestnut.[Result] The results showed that during the critical period of female flower bud differentiation,ZT and GA3 contents in male flower bud were lower than that in leaf bud,while IAA,ABA and Eth contents s in male flower bud were higher than that in leaf bud.
