Abstract
Based on the analysis of Liaoning earthquake disaster’s situation and the survey results of rural buildings’ aseismic capacity,the rural earthquake disaster reduction methods are studied in this paper.The effective methods are increasing the earthquake prediction and forecast ability,generalizing practical methods for rural buildings’ earthquake prevention,constructing safe rural buildings,enhancing propagandizing the common earthquake knowledge,building seismic fortification for the farmlands’ infrastructure,setting up rural buildings’ seismic prevention technical service net and seismic information net,and developing seismic insurance work.
