Empirical Research in Improving Quality Management Based on Lean Six Sigma

Firstly,the paper aims at the present situation of the enterprise quality management,on the basis of the general model of Lean Six Sigma,quality management improved model( PDAIC) is proposed based on Lean Six Sigma,and PDAIC model is used to improve the quality management of Company X. Then,for some of the problems that exist in the enterprise quality management,the article proposes the improved program through the application of customer satisfaction surveys,process capability analysis,Pareto charts,failure mode analysis and comparison method for the analysis of proposed improvements. It uses hypothesis testing method for improving the results of the assessment and verification. Finally,PDAIC model is proved to the company 's quality management level from the result before and after improvement,which is thought to be of a certain practical significance and reference value.
