Can Russian "Regime Party" become a Ruling Party——Analysis based on structural environment and political development

The first Russian regime is not a complete one.With the change of political conditions and improvement of structural environment,Russian new regime party——United Russia has become a decisive political power in the country.The change of a regime to a ruling party will necessarily involve the change of constitutional structure but in the final analysis depends on political conditions in Russia.At present,the conditions are not mature yet to build a new political structure with the party as the center so as to make a regime become a ruling party.However,in the post-Putin era,it's possible for a ruling party to appear on the political stage in Russia.
