Abstract
Benzimidazoles were synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine phosphate with fatty acids in solvent-free under reflux. The structure were confirmed by IR.The optimal reaction conditions from orthogonal experiment were as follows:o-phenylenediamine was 50 mmol,n(o-phenylenediamine):n(formic acid) was 1.0:1.5,phosphate was 4 g,reaction time was 7 h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
