Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide policy reference for decision makers in how to operate the rules of market economy and arouse the peasents to protect cultivated land in the market for transferring land contract and management rights.The author points out the proplems,and puts forward the detailed methods and measures in the protection of cultivated land.
