Abstract

Chinese cultivated land per capita is 40% of the world's cultivated land per capita.A great deal of land is required in the process of industrialization and urbanization.Effectively protecting cultivated land and reasonably making use of cultivated land have been heightened to be a strategy of economic development.The land policy is an important method of macro-economic regulation of national economy.With an irreplaceable role in the national strategy of using land and the developmental strategy of economy,the scientific and good legislation of land is essential to protect land resources,to promote healthy development of national economy,and to regulate national economy.Therefore,it is necessary for Chinese land legislation to lay its rational basis of value choice,that is,to rebuild its value system,to implement truly the strategy of sustainable development,and to reflect the spirit of equal protection of properties.
