On the Effective Execution of the Public Policy

Abstract

The effective execution of the public policy is essential to its realization.This paper analyzes the influences of four links(policy formulation,execution,appraisal mechanism and supervision) on carrying out policy,and points out that these links have to be improved to make the effective execution of policy.When policy is made,the scientific rationality and coordination with other policies of the scheme should be considered.In addition,public policy appraisal mechanism should be bettered and while-supervision of policy should be strengthened.
